Hours: Monday - Friday, Part Time, 25 hours per week (8am - 1pm)
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hi, I'm Samantha, the Nursery Manager at The Marina.
Located on the University of Lincoln campus, our nursery thrives on strong relationships with families, students, and the wider community.
Our beautifully designed spaces—from the magical reading treehouse loft to our bright, open-plan rooms—create a stimulating and engaging environment that supports every child's development.
Set beside the Brayford Pool, our children enjoy daily moments of wonder as they observe ducks, ducklings, and swans, connecting deeply with the natural world right outside our doors.

About the job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our established team and be in a pivotal position to enable the smooth running of the nursery as a whole.
You may one day be in a customer facing position, responsible for welcoming parents and children, to liaising with all nursery and head office employees the next.
Due to the varied nature of the role you must have superb customer service capabilities, combined with an ability to pick up new systems quickly as we use a bespoke nursery management system.
About you:
Excellent knowledge and understanding of IT systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
* Strong organisational skills
* Flexible
* Proven track record in a financial administration role involving invoicing, credit control, and managing petty cash
* Understanding the importance of safeguarding
* Excellent communication skills
