Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Install and commission machine tools and related equipment at customer sites;
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
* Diagnose technical and mechanical/electrical issues and provide effective solutions;
* Carry out machine inspections, testing, and performance checks;
* Support customers during machine start-up and production ramp-up phases;
* Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting both on-site and remotely;
* Complete service reports and technical documentation accurately and on time;
* Collaborate with internal departments for spare parts, technical support, and service planning;
* Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures during all service activities;
* Support customer training activities related to machine operation and basic maintenance;
* Maintain a professional relationship with customers during service interventions;
* Travel regularly across the UK and occasionally abroad if required.
