About the Role
* Supporting teachers in creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
* Assisting with lesson delivery and small-group activities
* Providing one-to-one support for pupils with additional learning needs
* Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children build confidence
Requirements
* A genuine passion for supporting children
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Right to work in the UK
* Two recent references
* A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
