Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: Full-Time
Start: January 2026
Salary: £90 – £110 per day

Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with behavioural difficulties
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies in collaboration with teachers and support staff
* Build positive working relationships with students, offering guidance, motivation, and pastoral support
* Assist in developing and delivering personalised behaviour plans
* Monitor and record student progress, maintaining clear communication with staff and parents/carers
Person Specification
* Previous experience supporting students with behavioural needs (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and a solution-focused approach
* Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
* A genuine passion for supporting young people’s social and emotional development
