About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and execution‑driven Brand Experience Lead to join our Marketing team for a 4‑month contract (4 days per week).
In this premium, hands‑on delivery role, you will take full ownership of Arcare’s First Impressions program, ensuring it is clearly defined, consistently applied and operationally effective across all residences. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will bring structure, clarity and discipline to how our brand presentation standards are understood, implemented and maintained.
You will work in close partnership with Operations, Quality and Property to clarify legal requirements versus brand preferences, elevate consistency, reduce rework, and improve coordination. Your goal is to leave the program in a stable, sustainable and easy‑to‑manage state.
Some travel across residences will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Core Focus – First Impressions Ownership
1. Define and document what is legally required vs. an Arcare brand preference
2. Develop practical visual guidelines for residences, allowing for appropriate local variation
3. Establish a single First Impressions tracker as the source of truth across all sites
4. Build simple, repeatable processes for requests, approvals, ordering and escalation
5. Ensure consistent site presentation standards across all residences
6. Oversee uniforms, scent program supply, signage, posters and collateral rollouts
7. Deliver quality control, issue resolution and coordination with vendors and internal teams
8. Support themed and seasonal decoration standards in partnership with Interior Design
Secondary Responsibilities
Once stabilization is achieved, you will also support:
9. Local sponsorship administration
10. Advertising campaign coordination and agency liaison
11. EVP initiatives such as staff awards
12. Marketing budget tracking and invoice management
About You
You are structured, detail‑driven and highly accountable. You thrive in an operational, multi‑site environment and take pride in bringing order, consistency and discipline to complex workflows. You follow through on actions, communicate confidently and deliver quality with minimal escalation.
You will bring:
13. Experience coordinating multiple operational workstreams across different locations
14. Ability to translate standards into consistent real‑world execution
15. Strong attention to detail and practical quality control capability
16. Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
17. Ability to build simple processes that reduce reactive problem solving
18. Strong ownership mindset and capacity to work independently
19. Experience in hotel or hospitality environments (highly regarded)
