About the Role
We are now looking for experienced and enthusiastic people to join our Residential Regulation Team to improve homes across the city as one of our Environmental Health Officers / Housing Health Practitioners / Residential Regulation Officers and ensure we have the resource required to effectively operate and enforce our three property licensing schemes and the new Renters’ Rights Act.
Responsibilities
* Visiting properties and undertaking compliance checks.
* Evidence gathering of non‑compliance and assisting in investigations into unlicensed properties and other relevant offences.
* Deal with internal and external customer queries.
* Work with other partners to deliver a high‑quality service.
* The role is demanding and so will require you to take personal responsibility for a wide and varied caseload.
* Perform with a high level of professionalism.
