THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer or Associate (dependent on experience) to join a successful team. The role is available part‑time (4 days per week) or full‑time, and offers the chance to work in a supportive environment within a modern office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will work as part of a 6‑member fee‑earner team, handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, refinancing, and landlord & tenant work. You will also assist with commercial finance tasks and support marketing initiatives.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 2 years PQE
* Experience running own commercial conveyancing workload (registered and unregistered)
* Non‑contentious landlord and tenant work
* Commercial finance experience
* Proficiency in a case management system
* Commercially minded mindset
* Experience assisting with marketing initiatives
