This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our dynamic and supportive Data and Business Support Services Team that plays a key role in delivering high-quality services.
What you’ll do:
As an Admin Officer for the Data Analysis and Business Support Service you'll provide high-quality administrative support, contributing to the efficient delivery of our People Services functions and ensuring compliance with internal processes and relevant legislation.
Using various systems and software you'll create and maintain records, make required updates and respond to enquiries.
What we’re looking for:
We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and committed to providing excellent customer service to a diverse customer group.
You need to be flexible and adaptable to undertake a variety of different tasks, whilst working with own initiative. You'll also have good organisation and time management skills in order to prioritise, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
You also need the ability to take notes at meetings and produce minutes.
