Newcastle upon Tyne
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw) Monday to Friday
Salary circa £30,000 (depending on experience)
On-Call shift payments of £14.30 per session

You'll have full responsibility for managing our Central Resource Team, which provide workforce support to services across the region in Newcastle, Northumberland, North and South Tyneside and Gateshead.

Job Details
* You'll primarily work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, however we are open to considering a working pattern that works for you
* You'll be based in Newcastle with flexible working and the ability to shape your week
* The role involves some travel across the region, but you will manage your diary and commitments
* Able to use technology to update records, communicate with others and undertake reporting and analysis
* You'll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that
* A full driving license is desirable

Typical day as a our Senior Client Services and Resource Manager
* Lead our Central Resource Team across the region
* Oversee the Academy (induction) and Our of Hours services
* Ensure commitments are met and identify opportunities to improve services
* Manage budgets and KPI's using data, insights and customer feedback to drive performance and innovation
* Maintain strong stakeholder and agency relationships and represent Home Group regionally
* Develop a flexible, sustainable staffing model, reducing agency reliance while ensuring seamless service delivery

You have
* Strong people management skills to inspire, develop, and lead multiple services, addressing behaviours misaligned with our values
* Empathy and understanding of customers' situations, with a passion to advocate and make a difference
* Experience delivering support in housing or care and collaboration with communities through events
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
* Analytical skills to manage budgets, track performance and ensure targets are met
* Knowledge of housing operations, including compliance, voices, tenure and basic housing law

Our Team
You are going to be joining a close-knit, supportive leadership team, where everyone is super experienced, dedicated, and passionate about reshaping services to meet real customer needs. You'll also work closely and manage some of our brilliant bank and relief workforce team.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager, Steph, who will be your mentor and Manager.
