Senior Vehicle Technician – Luxury Independent Specialist
* Based near the Hitchin area
* Circa £50k Basic Salary + Bonus (£62k+ Uncapped OTE)
* Hours: Monday to Friday 8AM to 5.30PM - Weekends OFF
* Independent garage group with multiple sites
* Ideally looking for candidates with VAG/ premium brand experience

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on luxury vehicles to the highest standards.
* Use advanced tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
* Maintain accurate service and repair records in line with company requirements.
* Keep up to date with evolving vehicle technologies and industry best practice.
* Work collaboratively within a skilled team to deliver work on time.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, building trust and long-term relationships.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with luxury or high-performance brands.
* Relevant automotive qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* Strong diagnostic capability and in-depth understanding of vehicle systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Confident communication skills with both colleagues and customers.
