The Role
You will:
Curate and manage an exceptional, globally sourced wine list
Deliver elevated wine service aligned with ultra-luxury standards
Drive revenue through intelligent pairing and upselling strategies
Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and senior leadership
Train and mentor front-of-house teams in wine knowledge and service
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as Sommelier in Michelin-starred or 5-star luxury hotels
WSET Level 3 minimum (Diploma or equivalent preferred)
Strong commercial awareness with a passion for guest engagement
Polished, confident and service-driven
For the Caribbean role: willingness to relocate
