What You'll Do:
As a Condition Monitoring Technician, you will be an integral part of our Engineering and Maintenance Department, ensuring our plant and equipment operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include:
Adhering to safety standards and environmental policies.
utilising tools for precise data collection and analysis.
Assisting in troubleshooting plant and process issues as needed.
Collaborating with production colleagues and the maintenance team.
maximising the availability and reliability of our production process and CHP plant.
Participating in a call-out rota.
Core Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:00
Who You Are:
We are looking for an individual who is:
Qualified: Completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship and holds an HNC qualification.
Experienced: Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
Analytical: Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Communicative: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues.
Computer Literate: Proficient in using technology for data analysis and reporting.
Motivated: Self-driven and proactive in approaching tasks and responsibilities.
If you have achieved or are working towards CAT 2 Vibration Analysis certification, that's a plus!
