We're partnering with a leading multi-brand retail to find a talented CRM Executive ready to step into a high-impact, hands‑on role.
You’ll own the day-to-day execution of CRM activity across email, SMS and push notifications for one of the group's flagship consumer brands, working closely with a Group CRM Manager and cross‑functional teams to deliver campaigns that genuinely move the needle.
What you’ll be doing
* End-to-end ownership of email and SMS campaigns, planning, building, testing and deploying across the CRM platform
* Building and refining customer segmentation to improve campaign relevance and ROI
* Running ongoing A/B testing programmes to optimise open rates, click‑throughs, conversions and automated flows
* Analysing customer journey performance data and making data‑led recommendations for improvement
* Briefing internal and external creative teams with clear, brand‑aligned campaign briefs
* Partnering with retail, digital trade and design teams to align campaign timing and messaging
* Keeping pace with industry trends, platform developments, and GDPR compliance requirements
* Contributing to wider CRM strategy discussions alongside the Group CRM Manager
What we’re looking for
* At least 2 years' hands‑on experience in a CRM or email marketing role
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Strong analytical mindset, able to interrogate campaign data and turn insight into action
* Familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM/ESP platforms
* Clear, confident communicator across teams and with senior stakeholders
* A proactive attitude and high attention to detail
