About this role:
This is a unique role with heaps of opportunity to add value to our HR Business Partnering function. We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic professional to join our team as a Country HR Business Partner for the UK&I and play a critical role working alongside the HR Business Partner leadership team to lead the global strategic HRBP roadmap.
You will play a vital role in driving HR initiatives both in the UK&I and globally, ensuring the alignment of and embedding the overall HR strategy working collaboratively with key stakeholders.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
* Partner with the Country Management teams and Leaderships teams to co-create and drive the people agenda which build trust and credibility
* Partner with HR Business Partnering Leadership Team on the global strategic HRBP roadmap, acting as Project Lead
* Support the business in delivering results by shaping and implementing People Plans for your stakeholder groups which translates the business needs into concrete initiatives and projects
* Collaborate with the wider HR network to drive and deliver your People plans
* Lead a matrix team to deliver meaningful results in a face paced environment
* Provide expertise and input associated to relevant HR Business Partnering projects
* Coach leaders to incorporate HR goals into the daily agenda and drive continuous improvement of the People function
* Ensure duty of care as a responsible employer across all policies and procedures and proactively work to minimise people risk
What will you bring to the table?
* Relevant progressive working experience from operational to strategic HR consulting, business partnering and/or commercial management roles
* Possess a ‘challenger mindset’
* Highly adaptable and consultative leadership style with a flair for creative problem solving
* Strong organisation and execution skills
* Experienced in translating concepts into meaningful plans
* Proven stakeholder management with the ability to influence at a senior level
* An analytical mindset, to shape and influence people outcomes and business decisions
* Understanding of Local Legislation
