We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Data Governance and Data Quality to join our Data Governance Team. This role will focus on the BCBS 239 project, requiring a solid understanding of BCBS 239 regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Finance, Risk, or Audit, as the position involves close collaboration with stakeholders in these areas. Key Responsibilities: The Business Analyst will play a critical role in the Data Governance Team, working closely to support the BCBS 239 initiative. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with BCBS 239 standards. Analyzing data governance frameworks to align with regulatory requirements. Facilitating communication between finance, risk, and audit departments. Documenting and maintaining data quality standards. Identifying gaps in data governance practices and proposing solutions. Must have Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in Data Governance and Data Quality. Strong understanding of BCBS 239 regulations. Background in working with Finance, Risk, or Audit sectors. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience with data management frameworks.
