Mydas Recruitment are experts in the sourcing and supply of Engineers to leading organisations.
We have an exciting new contract role available, for a capital projects engineer, based in Belfast.
The successful candidate will work with multifunctional teams to manage budgets, infrastructure & investing in future technologies.
Candidates should have 5+ years experience of experience of:
* Experience from the manufacturing sector
* Preparing installation plans and leading full equipment validation
* Manage stakeholder expectations internally and externally
* Owning the integration and vertical start-up of new equipment
* Ensuring training plans and competency assessments are completed
* Minimising disruption to ongoing operations during integration activities
* Prepare and adhere to project budget.
* Build and train the right team for the project.
* Efficiently acquire and manage project resources.
* Design work plans based on project requirements and team expertise.
* Ensuring all equipment meets EHS requirements, international standards, and company policies
* Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
* Minimum HNC in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services or Engineering discipline.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to create project plans and schedules.
* Strong technical knowledge in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering systems.
* Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office.
* Knowledge of H&S compliance, risk assessment, and CDM2015.
