Job Purpose:
Weatherford have a great opportunity for an experienced Repair & Maintenance (R&M) Manager for the North Sea Area (NSA) to join the team in Aberdeen, United Kingdom or Stavanger, Norway.
The R&M Manager NSA will be primarily responsible for implementing and executing Weatherford's global repair and maintenance strategy for service assets and tooling in the North Sea region. This role will drive harmonization of execution processes, inventory optimization, and asset management utilization. The position will identify opportunities for activity multi-skilling to deliver a contemporary and cost-efficient repair and maintenance system as part of Weatherford's single delivery model for global oilfield services operations.
Responsibilities:
Safety, Security & Compliance
* Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities comply with Weatherford's Security, Compliance & HSE policies, Management System, and relevant regulations.
* Prioritize Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection as core values.
* Drive continual improvement in HSSE practices, considering responsible care, process vulnerabilities, and best business practices.
* Demonstrate effective safety leadership for all team members and visitors to Weatherford premises.
Quality
* Maintain service quality as an immediate priority across all business areas.
* Participate in Annual Technical Audits to ensure effective system implementation.
* Ensure familiarity with Company's Quality policies and actively contribute to compliance and improvement of Weatherford's Management System.
* Continuously identify and implement quality improvement opportunities.
Operations
* Assess and evaluate product line R&M processes in the North Sea region, identifying opportunities to drive consistency across all locations.
* Implement LEAN-based efficiencies across all R&M processes to deliver lower costs while meeting quality and delivery schedule requirements.
* Collaborate with product lines and engineering to integrate modern repair technologies into the execution system.
* Work with Asset Management personnel to align schedules with tool deployment to improve utilization and revenue generation.
* Partner with logistics to ensure R&M processes support efficient movement of assets from R&M facilities to operations.
* Establish effective vendor networks with Supply Chain to support R&M activities in the North Sea region.
Communication
* Maintain effective communications with all key stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Clearly communicate expectations, roles, and responsibilities to team members.
* Work across functional streams to ensure harmonization of R&M processes yields lower costs and more capital-efficient standard work.
* Engage with multiple levels of client organizations throughout their decision-making matrix.
* Interface with Supply Chain & Manufacturing leaders to ensure efficient integration and address areas of concern.
* Partner with key stakeholders including product line Asset Management, Global Central Planning, and Geozone Operations to harmonize practices and policies.
Financial
* Maintain financial responsibility for the North Sea R&M operations.
* Ensure costs incurred are within approved budget and processed following relevant financial policies.
* Collaborate with inventory and asset management to drive better alignment supporting efficient inventory requirements without developing unrequired excess.
People & Development
* Take responsibility for developing your own career and completing necessary function, compliance and business standards training.
* Engage regularly with line management to discuss performance, objectives, and skill enhancement opportunities.
* Actively engage employees through Weatherford's performance management process, including talent assessments and succession planning.
* Collaborate with HR and Training Development to drive recruitment and retention strategies.
* Develop the R&M employee population to multi-skill their capabilities in support of the revised fulfillment system strategy.
* Work with Manufacturing leaders to identify opportunities for appropriate employee multi-skilling.

Qualifications Required:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant oilfield or business discipline
* 15+ years of operational, functional, or country management experience
* 10+ years in leadership positions
* Experience in the North Sea oil and gas sector preferred
Travel Required:
* This role will require travel in the North Sea Area (Norway/Netherlands/Denmark/UK of up to 50%
