Responsibilities:
• Resolves customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively
• Provides product and service information to customers
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers to gain an understanding of customer needs
• Assist in the development of improvement plans and programs in response to customer feedback.
• Cooperation with Quality Management & Planning to ensure new products are set up in the system
• Ensures correctness and completeness in cooperation with local entities and customers
