Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support as required
* Assist with household tasks and daily routines
* Support in emergencies, mobility, and safety during activities outside the home

Pay and Hours
* Pay: £14-£15.50 for normal hours; £20 for waked overnights
* Roles available: 1 x 30 hours average; 2 x 25 hours average (increases during holidays or busy periods)
* Role 1: flexible morning/evening shifts including weekends; 1 x waked overnight per week
* Role 2: flexible 2 x waked overnights and 2 x other shifts per week including weekends
* Role 3: flexible 2 x waked overnights and 2 x other shifts per week including weekends
Location and Contract
* Location: Glasgow; occasional travel to locations beyond Glasgow (travel/accommodation costs paid)
* Contract: 18-month cycle; may be extended up to 3 years by mutual agreement

* Self-discipline in attendance, reliability and punctuality
* Excellent communication (including non-verbal)
* Working with consent in all aspects of the role
* Coordination, muscle memory; emotional intelligence; maintaining calm in emergencies
* Time management; ability to work quickly and efficiently
* Learning routines; basic cooking and household safety (gas hob)
* Professional, precise and efficient in following instructions; initiative to perform routine tasks independently
* Excellent personal hygiene; confidentiality and privacy respect
Relevant Experience / Qualifications
* Physiotherapy; Yoga; Outdoor activities; Exercise, sports, embodiment practices, dance, martial arts
* Other relevant life experience; CV/cover letter welcome
Job-specific Skills
* On-the-job training; high-level practice areas including complex hoisting and moving & handling; choking prevention; role-specific details
* Driving is a skill that may be beneficial; apply even if you don\'t drive
Additional Information
* Open to UK residents with work permits, including student and postgraduate visas
* Non-smoker required and to remain non-smoker while in role
