A Bartender engages our guests, takes and serves orders, and ensures brand service standards are met with high quality.
What will I be doing?
* Receive orders and serve customer requests promptly
* Create and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks
* Take food orders and assist with deliveries as needed
* Understand menu content, updates, and promotions
* Keep the service area clean and well-prepared
* Manage customer accounts efficiently
* Respond politely and helpfully to guest queries
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in a cocktail bar environment
* Ability to craft classic cocktails
* Flexibility to work rostered shifts, especially on weekends
* Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
* Adaptability to various work situations
* Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
