Navantia UK require a Reward Analyst on a FTC basis to join their dynamic team in Methil. The successful jobholder will play a critical role in Reward Analysis to provide professional Total Reward support and guidance to local business partners and/or functional department heads in a matrix environment. Responsible for designing, analysing, and implementing compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's overall business strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities
Compensation Analysis
* Conduct comprehensive salary benchmarking and market research to ensure our compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
* Analyse salary data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for salary adjustments, promotions, and incentive plans.
Benefits Administration
* Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
* Support the evaluation of benefits plans, vendors, and providers to optimize offerings and provide cost-effective solutions making recommendations for improvements that are cost effective.
Compliance and Governance
* Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
* Support audits and reporting requirements related to total rewards programs
Data Analysis and Reporting
* Utilize HR analytics tools to gather and analyse data on compensation, benefits, and rewards to support informed decisions and identify trends.
* Generate regular reports and presentations to HR leadership and senior management to communicate key insights and recommendations.
Communication and Training
* Collaborate with HR and Talent Development teams to develop training materials on total rewards programs for employees and managers.
* Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure effective understanding and utilization of total reward offerings.
Qualifications
* University degree, majoring in human resources and/or reward management, business studies, social science or economy or relevant equivalent experience.
* Proven Total Reward experience in a similar industry/ environment
* Influence and resilience within a matrix organisation structure
* Professional expertise in employment law issues as they pertain to Total Rewards, e.g. equal pay and Gender Pay Gap
