The role
We are looking for a Media Executive to support the day-to-day running of Media accounts across a range of Clients and channels.
You’ll work closely with your line manager and the wider Media team to help plan, buy and deliver campaigns. From research and reporting through to bookings and campaign delivery, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety. You’ll build your understanding across online and offline Media, develop strong foundations in planning and buying, and start to see how Media drives real business results.
Key responsibilities
* Supporting the day-to-day running of Media accounts across multiple Clients
* Assisting with research, planning and development of Media proposals and campaigns
* Supporting the negotiation, booking and administration of Media activity
* Building knowledge across online and offline Media channels
* Preparing reports and documents including copy specs, deadlines, editorial calendars and post campaign analysis
* Interpreting campaign data and turning it into clear insights
* Keeping up to date with Media trends and applying this to planning
* Assessing Media opportunities in the context of Client objectives
* Supporting invoicing, billing and account administration
* Organising and attending Media owner meetings to build channel knowledge
* Working with Media owners to source information and assess suitability for plans
About you
You’re confident, positive and keen to build a career in Media. You bring strong attention to detail and are comfortable working with numbers. You’re organised, able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines, and you take a proactive approach to your work. You’re a fast learner who adapts quickly in a busy environment and enjoys working as part of a team. You’re confident using Microsoft Office and are motivated to keep developing your skills and knowledge.
