We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our Finance Team in Norwich. Some of your duties will include: • Use the Aderant Collections credit control system to chase clients by email, letter and phone • Communicate professionally with clients to secure outstanding payments • Check Statement run monthly for contact details and any reasons for not sending • Maintain accurate and detailed notes within the Collections system • Assist fee earners where necessary with an aim to obtaining payment from the client • Respond to all incoming queries both from clients, partners and fee-earners in a timely and professional manner • Maintaining and monitoring the system to ensure all instalment payments are received on time and chasing defaulters if necessary. • Manage your workload effectively • Assist in completion of monthly Aged Debt Report for Chief Financial Officer • Set Credit limits • Produce Letter before Actions for unpaid Invoices where required • Prepare Court Claim forms where required If you're curious to read more about this role, please download the Job Description on the right hand side of this page.
