We need you to work in the administrative team alongside our operational teams to support the delivery of the IPS programme in Hull & East Riding.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for participant enquiries, receive and process all referrals to the contract, and collect, collate, and disseminate management information for use in the delivery of the contract.
* Be an integral part of the operations team and provide support on days, events, and attend regular team meetings.
Qualifications
* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
* Customer service or administration experience.
* Relevant experience in an administrative function.
* Demonstrable experience of successfully working to targets.
* Excellent verbal and written skills and ability to communicate concisely and effectively.
* Demonstrable experience of providing excellent customer service skills.
* Understanding of data protection and information security.
