I am seeking a motivated and dynamic Tax Associate (NQ - 1 Year PQE) to join a growing legal team. Responsibilities
1. Provide high-quality legal advice on a variety of tax law matters, including corporate tax, VAT, inheritance tax, income tax, and capital gains tax.
2. Assist in developing and implementing tax-efficient strategies for a range of clients, from individuals to large-scale enterprises.
3. Support corporate transactions by advising on tax-related aspects, including M&A, restructuring, and financing deals.
4. Collaborate with other practice groups to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.
