The role
is supporting AI upskilling, helping colleagues build confidence and capability to use AI effectively in their work.
What your days will look like:
1. Design and deliver learning solutions by using AI and digital approaches to create engaging, technology‑enabled experiences that meet business needs.
2. Collaborate across teams to work with Learning, Innovation, and business colleagues to identify where AI can enhance learning design or delivery.
3. Support delivery and adoption by coordinating digital technologies for live and virtual learning and contributing to initiatives that build confidence in using AI responsibly.
4. Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new AI methods, sharing effective practices, and reviewing content to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency with standards.

6. You are passionate about supporting others to learn and build confidence in using AI.
