Role Purpose
To assist in proper flow of the sales office, assisting team members by carrying out administrative duties, such as answering telephone calls, heat loss calculations and general administration for the department. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact for visitors, customers and vendors online and via telephone.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Answering incoming calls, dealing with customers as necessary
* Complete initial and final heat loss calculations in a timely manner (training provided)
* Sizing and pricing radiators for customers (training provided)
* Liaising with customers on solar and battery installations.
* Sizing PV systems to ensure compliance with G98 and G99 requirements (trading provided)
* Applying for DNO applications if required by the installation.
* Drafting and issuing customer proposals
* Following up proposals with customers
* Working alongside surveyor to answer customer queries and booking surveys with customers
* Collating surveyor paperwork and responding to customers
* Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
* Once sold and contract has been issued to client, produce a thorough handover document for operations team.
* Managing multiple projects from initial enquiry through to sale.
* Writing up of surveys/reports.
* Producing final design and pricing using Software and pricing tools provided.
* Following up quotation with customer.

Desirable Skills
* Administrative experience
* Previous experience in similar company desirable
* IT skills – use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
* Attention to detail
