About the Role:We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Stourport-on-Severn/Kidderminster area. You'll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and optimising manufacturing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on machinery.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical systems to resolve issues.
* Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate documentation.
* Provide technical support to the production team.
What We're Looking For:
* Apprentice-trained or time-served Maintenance Engineer.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
* Electrical knowledge is desirable but not essential.
* Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
