Main Purpose At Indeed Flex we are here to disrupt the staffing industry, through ground breaking technology. Underpinned by a layer of support second to none, we provide our clients the ability to manage their temporary staffing requirements in a single and coordinated way. This role will utilise multiple marketing channels to attract job seekers, drive job applications and re-engage with the existing Flexer database. This role is a temporary contract with an immediate start, concluding on December 19, 2025. Responsibilities & Duties Implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive applications where needed across the UK regions and industries. Manage multiple recruitment requirements and support the broader recruitment marketing team when needed. Post and refresh job adverts on FHS / Indeed. Plan and execute regional job fairs when needed. Manage organic facebook community outreach. Manage seasonal incentive & loyalty programmes when needed, working closely with the strategy team to report ROI. Build re-engagement briefs, in close collaboration with the B2C Marketing Manager. Analyse regional data on an on-going basis, to fully understand fulfillment and where you can take action to reduce empty shifts. Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing recruitment campaigns Assist on other campaign initiatives when needed. Supporting with ad hoc tasks across the business as required Qualifications & Skills Marketing acquisition & retention experience, preferably within a recruitment business. Broad understanding of different marketing channels including digital, events, social media, referral and print etc). Team player with the ability to also work well independently. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Data-driven and analytical. Experience using G Suite would be advantageous but not essential.
