Role Purpose
The Supported Living Support Worker plays a critical role in empowering adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs or mental health conditions to live independently. This role promotes dignity, choice, inclusion and personal development through tailored 1:1 and group support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Person-Centred Support & Daily Living Skills
Assist with cooking, cleaning, budgeting and personal routines.
Promote independence and skill-building.
Support communication and sensory needs.
2. Community Engagement & Social Inclusion
Facilitate involvement in social, leisure and educational activities.
Support with travel training or accompany individuals in the community.
Promote positive relationships and reduce isolation.
