Practice Areas of Interest This opportunity is open to solicitors specialising in one or more of the following: Commercial Law Corporate Law Corporate/Commercial Law Criminal Employment Law Family Law Child Care Law Litigation/Dispute Resolution Immigration Law Private Client Law Property Law Privacy, GDPR / IT Law Regulatory IP Law What You’ll Be Doing Managing your own caseload with full autonomy over the matters you take on Delivering high-quality, client-focused advice within your chosen practice area(s) Building and maintaining client relationships and developing repeat instruction Working collaboratively with a wider network of consultants when matters require joined-up support Operating in a compliant, well-supported framework with practical admin assistance What We’re Looking For Essential Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent UK qualification) Minimum 3 years’ PQE Strong UK legal practice experience within your chosen practice area(s) Ability to manage your own caseload and deliver work to a high standard A client-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills An established client following, or a clear ability and appetite to build a client base Commercial mindset and confidence working autonomously What’s On Offer Fully remote working: operate from anywhere in the UK Flexible hours and genuine autonomy over your workload Industry-leading fee share arrangement: standard 70:30 split, up to 85% depending on earnings.
