About the role
Vision for Education are currently recruiting for a Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the Wolverhampton area. This full-time role will begin in September 2026 and continue throughout the Autumn Term, covering a maternity leave. The role includes full teaching responsibilities and is paid on the M1-M6 pay scale.
The role
This full-time Year 3 Teacher role will run throughout the Autumn Term 2026, covering a maternity leave. The successful candidate will undertake full teaching responsibilities including planning, preparation, assessment and parent communication, while delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

Requirements
To be considered for the Year 3 Teacher position, you will:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Lower Key Stage 2.
• Be confident undertaking full teaching responsibilities, including planning and assessment.
• Have strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills.
• Be passionate about delivering engaging lessons and helping pupils achieve their full potential.
• Have or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service.
• Be able to provide relevant references covering your recent employment history.
