As a National Reserve Unit, incumbents are contracted to conduct a minimum of 19 RSDs, including mandatory training, per training year in order to achieve the Certificate of Efficiency. More RSDs may be available, subject to requirements and budgetary constraints and there are also frequent mobilisation opportunities. As a member of the AGC(SPS) National Reserve pool of HR Administrators, fulfil role of: Unit RAO (internal auditing etc) G1 Staff Officer in Formation HQ These roles will be allocated by CRHQ AGC in support of the wider Army and in response to workforce assistance requests.
