The role: Delivery of projects across private / public cloud solutions Getting involved in design and potentially pre-sales for customer solutions Delivering high satisfaction to customers through great service Implementation of best of breed solutions using the latest technologies available Necessary skills: 3 rd line and project delivery experience in a managed services environment Knowledge of Virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V/VMWare) – ideally Hyper-V clusters Network/Server/Storage knowledge and experience – especially VLANs Azure experience with a focus on M365 Personal qualities: The ability to build relationships with customers Highly effective communication skills and phone manner Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task A strong ability to work in a proactive, methodical manner whilst having attention to detail An inquisitive nature and the want / desire to learn more If you would like to find out more click Apply today!
