Location: Worthing Area Salary: £13.60 per hour Working Pattern: 35 hours per week - Monday - Friday, no weekends or Bank Holidays, but shifts may fall between 0630-1500, flexibility is a must Key responsibilities will include: Supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service Covering when Annual Leave is being taken by other members of staff Preparing delicious food to the highest standards Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets Supporting and training our teams, leading from the front to make sure everyone can excel in their role Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams. Our ideal Catering Supervisor will: Be a trained Barista Have experience managing teams in a similar role Good knowledge of Food Hygiene Have great communication and organisational skills Contract Catering would be highly desirable Required to work across multiple sites within the area, so flexibility is essential What's in it for you?
