We seek an Assistant Cook passionate about caring for the elderly and committed to making a positive impact. Mealtimes are vital for our residents, and we pride ourselves on preparing high-quality, wholesome, and nutritious food, mindful of individual needs, religious, and cultural backgrounds.
You will be responsible for creating menus, plating food attractively, and ensuring a personalised service for each resident. You will also coach and develop a team, fostering a caring and professional environment.

What we require from you:
* City & Guilds 706 1&2, or equivalent (achieved or working towards)
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
* Assistant Cook or Cook experience in a similar environment
* Supervisory or Line Management experience
* A caring nature with a personal approach
* Leadership skills to motivate and delegate effectively
* Flexibility and adaptability
* Warm, approachable, and engaging personality
* Respectful and resilient attitude
