The pay range for this role will be £28,142 to £31,537 (pro rata for part time colleagues) We’re looking forward to welcoming new colleagues under this refreshed framework of pay, terms, and conditions. Connect to Work is a voluntary employment support programme that helps people with disabilities, long-term health conditions, such as mental ill health and other complex challenges, secure and retain employment. Through personalised support and strong partnerships with local employers, we aim to empower people to overcome barriers and thrive in meaningful employment. Job Overview As a Management Information and Data Officer, the role involves collecting and inputting data, and assisting with the upkeep of a performance management framework. You'll assist with resolving data quality concerns and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and the quality of learner data. The role also provides performance data to stakeholders, and offers guidance on the Department for Work and Pensions Connect to Work project. You’ll handle data in line with regulations, updated documentation for users, and work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure awareness of ongoing activities and changes. Effective communication and teamwork are essential, as is assisting with the development of guidance materials and ensuring compliance with council policies and statutory requirements. Main Responsibilities Oversea the organising of storage, indexing and referencing of data and documents that relate to the Connect to Work project. Undertake accurate data entry of programme participation information and case management details with a strong attention to detail To assist with the production of data and analysis reports on a scheduled and ad hoc basis. Support the preparation and submission of regular data returns to the Department for Work and Pensions. To provide advice and guidance to the service on matters relating to the Connect to Work programme. Support high standards of data quality by completing regular checks and data‑cleansing tasks, and report any issues to senior staff or relevant partners when needed. To communicate effectively with subcontractors and provide guidance on matters relating to programme participants and data compliance.
