Hotel Manager / Reception Manager / Reservation Manager

We are looking for a creative and well‑organised hotel manager to supervise and plan a variety of events, such as social gatherings, corporate events and weddings. The chosen applicant will maximise revenue through successful upselling, guarantee flawless event execution, and provide outstanding guest experiences.

This is a fantastic chance to combine excellent customer service with strong organisational abilities in a dynamic hospitality setting.

Organise every facet of events, from preliminary preparation to completion, making sure that all client requirements are fulfilled.

Oversee and direct the front‑of‑house staff to provide outstanding hospitality standards.

To increase income potential, upsell more goods and services.

Oversee logistics, décor, and event setup to guarantee seamless operations.

Maintain open lines of communication by coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Respond to questions from visitors in a professional manner and deliver top‑notch customer service.

Effectively manage your time to guarantee that every aspect of the event goes according to plan.

Help with unique promotional events and fundraising initiatives.

Ensure that all organisational records, including reservations, payments, and client preferences, are accurate.


Conditions

It is necessary to have prior experience with Opera PMS (Opera 5 or Opera Cloud).

Demonstrated expertise in managing restaurants or hotels, as well as in planning corporate events or weddings.

Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to oversee several events at once.

Outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking.

Proven capacity to boost income sources and upsell.

Outstanding time management abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Preferably, prior guest service or hospitality experience.

Capacity to operate professionally and politely under pressure.

Experience with fundraising is beneficial but not necessary.

A proactive, hands‑on attitude to making sure everything goes according to plan.

Types of Jobs: Full‑Time, Part‑Time.

Pay: £24,923.00 to £25,870.00 annually.
