My client are a leading Education establishment in Rye, offering a specialist education to both domestic and international pupils. Due to positive changes in their leadership, we are partnering exclusively with this establishment to recruit for the role of Marketing Manager, on either a full-time or part-time basis.
Your new role
As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the SLT to develop and sustain Marketing plans that improve the establishment's brand reputation and student recruitment. Already a well-regarded organisation, you will leverage your skills in Marketing to raise their profile and inform parents about the opportunities available at the establishment to further enhance their student recruitment efforts. You will do this through Social Media, Web and online attraction, PR and Media opportunities, Events and Open days, marketing assets, partnerships, and email campaigns. There are opportunities to bring in new ideas, assessing and improving the customer journey, and introduce new programmes to further enhance their student recruitment efforts.
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for an experienced Marketer with a generalist skill set, who is happy to be hands-on and operate in a standalone capacity. Your skills will include all channels from Social Media, Web Management, SEM, Email Marketing, Events & PR, and you will befortable both setting strategy and executing your plans. Yourmunication and people skills will help you to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including the SLT, Parents,ernors and prospective Students. An Education or Recruitment Marketing background would be advantageous, and you will be able tomute to their establishment in Rye, with some flexibility to work from home.
