Your new role
As a Multi‑Trade Operative, you’ll carry out a wide range of day‑to‑day maintenance tasks, repairs and minor works across occupied and void properties. Your work will involve a blend of trades such as carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical work, plastering, tiling and general building maintenance.Typical duties include:
1. Delivering high‑quality workmanship with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction
2. Working independently while also supporting wider team projects
3. Ensuring accurate record‑keeping and reporting ofpleted tasks
4. Providing excellent service when engaging with tenants, clients and colleagues
No two days are the same, and the role offers great variety for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and problem‑solving.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
5. Demonstrable experience in at least two core trades (, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, basic electrics)
6. A strong understanding of property maintenance and repair methods
7. Excellent customer service andmunication skills
8. The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
9. A full UK driving licence
10. A positive, proactive attitude andmitment to delivering quality work

Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds) are desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate strong practical experience.
