Financial Analyst

Your Role
An exciting opportunity to join a global real estate company working within their accounting team in their Canary Wharf office. You'll support the financial operations, reporting, and analysis working specifically on property investments.
Your Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate accounting and valuations for your property portfolio.
* Process transactions, manage cash flows, and oversee data within the ERP and reporting systems.
* Ensure compliance with tax obligations (e.g. VAT and CIS filings) and support external audits.
* Collaborate with third parties including tax advisers
* Support broader investment reporting and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
* Experience in accounting, ideally within Real Estate.
* Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
* Proactive and adaptable, able to manage multiple workstreams.
* Clear communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
