About the Position
We seek a creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to shape how millions experience High Performance across YouTube and social platforms for our shows.
This role involves identifying key podcast moments, utilizing AI tools for clipping and editing, and building an inspiring digital presence that impacts lives.
You should have proven experience managing multiple social channels, video editing, AI content optimization, and community engagement. Strong editorial skills are essential for creating engaging, motivational content that enhances our brand and resonates with audiences.
Responsibilities
1. Multi-channel content strategy: Develop and implement strategies to boost podcast visibility, community engagement, and audience growth across YouTube and social media.
2. Video editing and clipping: Edit clips from episodes using Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, maintaining the podcast's tone and style.
3. YouTube growth & optimization: Grow YouTube channels by optimizing content, creating compelling titles and thumbnails, and leveraging platform features.
4. AI content creation and curation: Create and manage high-quality visual content tailored to each platform, maintaining brand consistency.
5. Content scheduling and delivery: Upload and schedule content aligned with marketing plans and partner needs.
6. Copywriting and tone of voice: Use AI to craft inspiring, thoughtful copy that reflects each podcast's values.
7. Community management: Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages to foster a positive community.
8. Performance tracking and reporting: Analyze metrics using analytics tools, report findings, and refine strategies accordingly.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success in managing and growing social media and YouTube channels, increasing engagement and subscribers.
* Deep knowledge of social media and YouTube algorithms, trends, and analytics, with strong reporting skills.
* Video editing expertise with Adobe Premiere and AI tools like Opus, plus experience with scheduling and analytics platforms.
* Graphic design skills for creating engaging visuals like thumbnails and carousels.
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a test-and-learn approach.
* Adaptability to changing deadlines and content priorities.
