We are seeking reliable and experienced Property Handover Cleaners for professional move-out cleaning assignments.
You will help prepare residential properties for tenant handovers by completing detailed and thorough cleans.
Duties include:
* Deep cleaning vacant residential properties
* Cleaning kitchens, appliances, bathrooms, and internal areas
* Treating limescale, mould, and stubborn dirt build-up
* Cleaning windows, floors, skirting boards, and doors
* Ensuring properties are ready for final inspections
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience
* Able to work independently and manage workload
* Own transport and cleaning equipment essential
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good spoken English
Additional Details:
* Work available Monday to Friday
* Good amount of weekend work also available
* Assignments usually last between 4–8 hours
* £15 per hour
