Job Title: Social Worker – Family Safeguarding
Location: Fleetwood/Fylde and Wyre
Pay Rate: £40/per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Social Worker – Family Safeguarding to join our client. We are recruiting social workers to become part of a Family Safeguarding team based in Fleetwood/Fylde and Wyre. This role involves working closely with families to ensure the safety and well-being of children, providing essential support and intervention to address safeguarding concerns.
Additional Information:It would be beneficial if the candidate lives within a reasonable distance from Fleetwood/Fylde and Wyre, as whilst hybrid working is available, there is an expectation of regular working from the office bases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support and intervention to families to address safeguarding concerns
* Ensure child-centred decision-making processes
* Manage a diverse and complex caseload effectively
* Maintain a strong focus on safeguarding and child protection
* Collaborate with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children

Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with at least 2 years post-qualified experience
* Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding
* Experience in family safeguarding
* Ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload
