Role:
* Running end-to-end residential & commercial transactions
* Title checks, due diligence, and searches
* Drafting & negotiating contracts, leases, and legal documents
* Handling post-completion work (Land Registry, SDLT)
* Supporting key stakeholders across the business
What they’re looking for:
* UK qualified lawyer with 2–5 PQE in property/conveyancing
* Confident managing your own caseload independently
* Organised, commercially aware, and proactive
* Able to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment (SW11)
* Available immediately or on a short notice period preferred
