Excellent opportunity for an experienced ACA or ACCA Audit Manager to join a highly regarded Practice in the Wigan area. Responsibilities will include:
* Full remit of Audit from planning to completion a across your own portfolio of businesses (including construction, manufacturing, retail, hospitality)
* Supervising junior audit and accounts staff
* Identify and resolving complex audit matters - referring them on to the relevant partner as necessary
* Ensuring files are complete and ready for Partner review
* Liaise with clients to ensure a timely delivery of services
* Managing client relationships
* Organising and leading Audit Team Meetings
* Managing staff appraisals and development
Applicants will be ACA or ACA Qualified and previous UK Audit experience is essential. You will have excellent communication skills and will be a team player used to working in a collaborative team where everyone works to support one another. Salary negotiable depending on skills, qualifications and experience (Envisaged £55k-£65k), 25 days hols, 3% pension, Good development/progression prospects, onsite parking. 100% office based (no hybrid) but with flexible start and end times around core hours.
