The position is based out of the firms North Yorkshire office.Candidate Profile / Experience NeededThe ideal candidate will have: As a guide 1-3 years' PQE in employment law.Experience handling employment tribunal claims and contentious matters independently.Strong general employment advisory experience.The ability to manage ET litigation files day-to-day.A commercial mindset with an interest in business development and marketing.Excellent communication, organisation and client handling skills.
