Job Title: Core Subjects Tutor
Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes
Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Deliver high-quality tutoring in core subjects such as Mathematics, English, and Science.
* Create engaging and interactive lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
* Assess students' progress and provide feedback to enhance their learning outcomes.
* Collaborate with parents and teachers to support students' academic development.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and any additional support provided.
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Proven experience in tutoring core subjects at various academic levels
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment procedures
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or tutoring core subjects
* Demonstrated success in improving student performance and achievement
Knowledge and Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant subject area
* Experience in delivering online tutoring or remote learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
