This is a new role adding to a growing team.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Monitor and manage the inbox, ensuring timely responses to venue communications or flagging important
time-sensitive emails to the team
· Respond to new venue enquiries and gather relevant information.
· Request and collate venue availability for upcoming tours under guidance.
· Research potential new venues and initiate contact.
· Send confirmation emails and flag key notes to follow up on.
· Support the team in the confirmation and contractual process
· Maintain and update programming spreadsheets where applicable.
· Create and regularly update Google MyMaps for tour planning.
· Identify where artists are touring in the same region to optimise venue visits.
· Analyse and categorise sales data from previous tours (e.g., good / medium / poor) to inform future
planning.
· Check flight options and availability for tour logistics.
· Release unused venue pencils in a timely manner.
· Conduct regular checks on relevant websites to ensure up-to-date information.
