Salary: GBP50,000 : GBP58,000
Shifts: Monday to Friday : 8 am : 4:30 pm

Company Overview:
A well:established UK:based heavy engineering manufacturer in Dudley is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join its expanding engineering team.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support a team of 4 engineers and 1 apprentice, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
* Oversee maintenance activities across production equipment and site services within a heavy manufacturing environment
* Coordinate planned maintenance and manage reactive breakdown response to minimise downtime
* Provide technical guidance on electrical and mechanical fault finding using drawings and schematics
* Support PLC diagnostics and oversee installation, commissioning and modification of machinery and equipment
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Proven maintenance engineering experience within heavy engineering or manufacturing environments
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
* Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* Experience with PLC fault finding and diagnostics
* Strong hands:on electrical and mechanical fault:finding capability
